Smart In Load (SIL) is a liquid and gas loading management software that ensures the integrity of measurements, as well as fiscal and operational control, with speed and information security. It enables precise and effective monitoring of the fueling process (loading and unloading) from start to finish. Its automation capabilities—through integration with preset controllers, pumps, valves, telemetry, and other industrial systems—reduce the possibility of errors and increase operational efficiency at terminals.

RODOIL implemented Smart In Load (SIL) at its terminal in Xaxim, Santa Catarina, to optimize the management of the liquid loading process. The project included the complete implementation and configuration of the software, including modules such as checklist, unloading, loading, inventory control, inspection, and telemetry. Additionally, the system was integrated with a communication driver compatible with the AXIOM preset and a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for pump control using the Modbus-TCP protocol.

The main objective of RODOIL's Xaxim terminal in using Smart In Load (SIL) was to automate and optimize its processes in order to mitigate risks and increase operational efficiency at its terminals.
