Smart In Load (SIL) is a liquid and gas loading management software, which ensures the integrity of measurements, fiscal and operational control, with agility and information security. It allows precise and effective monitoring of the supply process (loading and unloading), from its initial phase to completion. Its automation capacity through the integration of predeterminers, pumps, valves, telemetry and any other industrial system reduces the possibility of errors and increases the operational efficiency of the terminals.

RODOIL implemented Smart In Load (SIL) at the Xaxim terminal, in Santa Catarina, to optimize the management of the liquid loading process. The project covered the implementation and complete configuration of the software, including modules such as checklist, unloading, loading, inventory control, inspection and telemetry. In addition, the system was integrated with a communication driver compatible with the AXIOM preset and a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for pump control, using the Modbus-TCP protocol.

The main objective of RODOIL's Xaxim terminal in using Smart In Load (SIL) was to automate and optimize its processes in order to mitigate risks and increase operational efficiency in its terminals.
