Solution for the Tax/Controllership Department
Scope:
Development of software to centralize and automate the client’s global tax process.
The goal is to monitor tax information for operations outside the country, ensuring traceability and security, with functionality segregation by user profile, company, and modules.
It addresses taxes, universal tax bases, income tax reporting, annual or amended company declarations, registration of general company data and compliance obligations, and reports by country and in multiple currencies.

Solution for the Controllership and Logistics Departments
Scope:
Development of software aimed at automating the entry and exit procedures for goods at the Brazilian sites of the client, integrated with SAP and legacy systems.
It automates and simplifies the receipt and validation of inbound and outbound invoices at gatehouses through an integrated system with the client’s logistics processes and legacy systems (Hora Certa, Passaporte, GRC, and VPGS).
The tool enables delivery scheduling (truck arrivals), pre-authorization and validation of all inbound and outbound goods invoices, and forwards discrepancies for tax analysis with automated handling.
Solution for Asset Management – Maintenance and Controllership
Scope:
Development of an integration between the SAP modules FI-AA and PM (Finance – Assets and Maintenance), covering the entire asset reconciliation process, business process consulting, development of specific maintenance reports, and a cockpit for the Asset Management area.
The solution enabled automatic synchronization of data between the SAP FI-AA and PM modules, such as plant, location, and description in FI-AA, and asset number updates and inventory data in PM.
The project ensured faster decision-making, data integrity, and reliable information, resulting in financial gains.
Solution for the Purchasing – Contracting Department
Scope:
Development of a system to automate the process of creating and validating Technical Purchasing Specifications, allowing for the construction, configuration, and maintenance of specification templates, covering around 100 business rules per category.
It enabled the recording of interactions among Requesters, Buyers, Approvers, and Legal during the document creation and approval process.
